I want to give a file called "! ! !nodefaultcars.ar" please help me

Download this, open it and go to Bonus Mods > No default cars folder and extract the "! ! !nodefaultcars.ar" file to your MM2 directory. About dummiesboy, he made this mod, probably that's why wilder told you to check with him.

Yeah do what whoami said, download the revisited patch and copy the no defaults ar file into your MM2 directory.
