Yes, in some HK buses is included an MPH tune .ar file patch, but that's just to get the dashboard speedometer indicator in MPH instead than in Km/h, as far as I know. But maybe, it should also change the speed of the bus, because I know that some HK buses makers consider the game HUD speed indication in Km/h, instead than in MPH as really is.
However, what you have to do with this kind of patch is just place it together with the bus file in the game folder and play in-game.
