Trafic on downloaded tracks

When I download a new track I can't seem to have trafic on there.If I put trafic on there the game crashes.Is there anyway around this.

No. It is currently impossible to put traffic into addon cities.

Is Oceany out? I'd be interested in seeing that, very much...
