Sorry but no, this thing can't be published because it's evident that's nothing interesting. It's just a plane with a texture on it, it's obviously not worth its download and try... At least, upload the file in a file hosting website and post the downlaod link in this topic.
Seeing your results in attempting to make things for MM2, I suggest you to stop and enjoy what the members make.

The thing which is this was made somewhere by someone, can't mention who.....

And that structure in the real world was not like this. It was difficult to make that structure exactly like that one of the real word because the structure in the real word was made by bricks and it is difficult for me to make bricks.

Yes, use a tiled brick texture instead of making every brick.. :)
