Hi,
I used to play MM2 with a steering wheel (Microsoft Sidewinder) 8-9 years ago and seem to have forgotten if the accelerator peddle works at one speed or can you slowly accelerate as well? Same goes for braking is it realistic and will pressing it lightly make the car slow down at a slower pace?

Yes, the accelerator works as in real world, it is possible to slowly accelerate by not pressing accelerator all the way down. Same true for brakes as well. I had a steering wheel (can't remember the brand name) but it ceased working because its USB cable got damaged from the joint.
