Nice surprise and return in cars modeling. This model WIP looks just great, very good modeling job. There should be about 2000 polygons so far.
Made this as a new topic. The image is too much wide, better put the views one down the other.

Looks very good. The front grill it's very nice, just make the Ford logo in 3D then.

Good for that. Nice update with the rear making, keep it up.
To unite the half parts, it's better select the vertices on the central part of both the half pats, and with the scale tool make them close in way to have a couple look like only one. Then, unite both the half parts in one object: go in vertices mode, select a couple the vertices and do unite selection, so to get a smooth surface there two parts meets. In some parts of the car will be needed split the polygons and calculate their normal separately.
Hope to have been clear with the explaining, you talked me about this method time ago, you should remind it.

An actually better way is to simply select all the vertices in the center, making sure SEL is on, and the X axis is locked, then align them. They will be exactly where they need to be, then you can weld them.Good for that. Nice update with the rear making, keep it up.

I have no detached faces, Thank god. Yes I know how to do this already, I use Carking's way. Select all center vertexes and go Modify>Axis>Align and use X axis. Then go down each center vertex and weld one another.

Looks great, very good work. Nice idea borrow the 3D interior from the FM3 model of this car. Now there's little to complete, and also, see to do something with the doors lines.
