It also happened with me one time. I saw that the Car Projects forum has "new" flag. But the flag of the topics were all "old". I also told this to Dj. But he never answered.

probably a problem with the timestamp on the server.. i hope it's solved now..

if not try deleting your cache, cookies and try to log-in again..
