Looking for a car

the Vaz cruiser (part of the Lada car-pack) has a screenshot. In the screenshot is another car. This appears to be an in-game shot meaning that this unidentified 4-door Ukrainian cop sedan exists. Anyone know what it is?

Yeah, that's the one. Too bad its so hard to trace. I'd at least like to know what the car in the screenshot is (talking about the showcase screenshot, not the file shot)
