Well, I know there is a program where we can convert TEX files to TGA (I have it), but I need a program to convert a image to TEX. There is one on the HQTM team site but I can't download it, the webpage becomes white

BTW this is not for my Interceptor, it's just to change some game textures for my own use.

Here's the direct link to download the Tex Manager program archive. It's the best solution for TGA to TEX files converting when used with MM2.
