HQTM tex manager

Hi, could anyone possibly give me a working link to the tex manager (or something along those lines) please? I was reading a tutorial that said to download it from the HQTM Team website, but when I followed the link it just loaded a blank page.

Unfortunately there's this problem with all the download links at HQTM-Team website. DjDecibel is being more often online and hopefully he can fix it in little time, and should be a little thing to fix, too. Tonight I have to write to DjDecibel and so I'll report him this problem.
