Classic Muscle Cars!
Greetings, this is (hate this name...) Coolguy200, and I have a question to ask... What is your favorite classic "Muscle Car"? These beauties were produced from the mid-sixties, starting with the Pontiac GTO until the late seventies with the Dodge Magnum.
Sure, the "FOX body" Mustang went from 1979 to 1994 or so, but we are talking pre-fuel-injection! So, it can be from the Australian 1970 Chrysler Valiant Charger E49 Hemi Six-Pack, to the Pontiac Trans-Am Firebird from the 1977 movie, "Smokey and the Bandit"!
But remember, NO CORVETTE, OR THUNDERBIRD! those are sports cars!

But what is your favorite year? G.T.500 or G.T.350? There were many engine options back in those days. Example:
1970 Plymouth Barracuda engines options:
198 cu in (3.2 L) Slant-6 I6
225 cu in (3.7 L) Slant-6 I6
318 cu in (5.2 L) LA V8
340 cu in (5.6 L) LA V8
383 cu in (6.3 L) RB V8
426 cu in (7.0 L) "Hemi" V8
440 cu in (7.2 L) RB V8
2013 Dodge Challenger engine options:
3.6 L (220 cu in) Pentastar V6
5.7 L (345 cu in) HEMI V8
392 cu in (6.4 L) HEMI V8
The great thing about living in those days is that you could buy an "economy" muscle car (economy = affordable), like the Plymouth Road Runner with a 383 cubic inch V8 with 335 horsepower and 425 feet pounds of torque! Motor Trend magazine gave it the "Car of the Year" award in 1969...

America faces a threat worse than ever before. Yesterday, George taxed our tea. Today, Obama taxes our freedom. Tomorrow, someone may tax our mortal lives. We must act now, to stop this threat. The Rebel Alliance begins here.

I'm not a fan of classic muscle cars, I prefer more the modern ones, but there's some model which I like. I'm talking about only the esthetical look, I've seen how amazing are to drive the classic muscle cars.
