Not much description needed, saves 32 bit,24 bit, 8 bit images. Loads all but MC images.

Installation:

Extract into your Paint.NET Install Path\FileTypes\

Typically installed in C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\

V1 does not contain 8 bit textures saving

V2 contains 8 bit textures saving
V2 Download : https://mmarchive.com/generic_files/PDNTex_v2.zip
