MM2 Tuning Questions

I am quite experienced in the field of tuning cars but I have a couple of question. Is it possible to edit single gear ratios like MM1? Some cars you download when they shift the rpm drops slowly and others like the default cars really fast is there a way to control this?

You can get an elucidation about the tuning file's values meaning from this guide, which is very old but still good. The TorqueCoef values is related with the front and rear vehicle axis.
I remember to have seen a .vehcarsim file of a MM2 vehicle with more values for each gear ratio; maybe it was one of the *_opp.vehcarsim files for the default cars, so it's present in the game files. It should be possible.
