I don't. But why is it so freaking lo-poly? After seeing the video at minecraft's official site, I don't think "the only limit is your imagination", is true specially when the game looks like a 3D version of Mario..

And are there n00bs in the game because it is written "Minecraft: The noob adventures" in many pics.

First: Every game has n00bs, so yeah In Minecraft it has more cause almost everyone plays it, and so that's the expected effect
That being said, Minecraft is low-poly because it is supposed to be that way. It is supposed to be a construction game, where you can build whatever the hell you want. And the best way to do such thing is by making everything square. Still, despite the low-poly, the game can look pretty good, if the correct mods are applied. For example, look at this shot of it with Shaders (a mod to modify the graphics engine):
Much better amirite?

Those pictures are so awesome, I'm tempted to get a shader mod like that but I'll end up getting about 5 FPS. Minecraft doesn't really work fantastically on my high-end PC performance-wise. In the Nether I get huge lag, lag spikes.

Lol, It Requires a Good Gaming PC to run Shaders fine.
I have seen that with Nvidia cards runs better. %50 more fps than AMD.
My game runs 30 fps in my gaming pc with AMD R7 that runs Crysis 3 at 60 fps at ultra graphics.
I have heard that with a R7 it runs slower those games as crysis 3.
I don't know why it's running too good.
I run on this laptop at 60 fps without shaders, due that the game uses java.
Really, why it's running too slow?!
The game is not compatible with almost all cards?

The problem is Minecraft's game engine, Java. Java is not really a great engine to use for a game, which is why Minecraft doesn't perform well on most specs.
Has anyone installed Forge before?

Minecraft doesn't perform well because of what it is, not really because of the engine it's on. Minecraft on consoles runs on some version of C, yet it is massively stripped down from the PC version to run the same.
Think about it, each world is made out of many, many chunks. Each chunk is made out of 16x16x256 blocks. Do the math, and that is 65,536 blocks per chunk. Up until a recent update, all of those blocks were rendered at all times if they were within the render distance. This included massive cave systems that you could not see from ground level.
