How should i use the downloaded items while playing mm2

I dont know how to use the downloaded items

I have downloaded the cars,tracks,etc.But i dont know how to use them when iam playing midtown madness.Please can anyone help me with this.

I am not sure but i think you go into program files and open the mm2 file and copy paste the downloded file into the 1 it needs to go in. If you got a car paste it into the file with the other 1s.
