Certainly MM1, cars get destroyed in less collisions and there are real-like drifts which are not there in MM2.

MM1 always had realistic physics, without mods and with mods. Its graphics are perfected by Revisited, making it look even better than MM2. Thanks to DB. MM1 FTW

Exactly As I even expected. I remember the first time I played MM1 it really disappointed me seeing the shaking car damage effect which is not in the 2nd midtown madness. GRRR! :x

When you are driving at night the headlight beams are stationary and don't wobble with the car.

MM2 may have more cars, more tracks, and more mods, but I shall forever love MM1 for being a more challenging and overall complete game. Sometimes, MM1 even feels like it's the sequel here despite having less features.

I wished there were more vehicles that were locked from the start of MM2, the faster cars should have harder unlock requirements, start off the game with the weakest cars.

MM1 is better and complete.

Yes, MM1 is better and more difficult. I'd completed a lot of races in MM2 with a default car. In MM1, I've completed 0 in default.

MM1 for the collisions. See what happens when you hit a street lamp with Panoz GTR-1 at high speeds. Do the same with same speed in MM2 and observe the difference.

The difference is realism in MM1 which I too know from when I had both MM1 and MM2:
MM1 - GTR1 will get critical damage and loose speed on hitting a lamppost. It can even get rekt.
MM2 - GTR1 will get only 1% damage and will not loose speed.

More over, in MM1, as you hit a traffic vehicle without mods it is realistic hits and in MM2 if you do the same without mods it will be fake, the vehicles are very light in weight.

This is the realism in the physics in MM1. I hate when people say that MM2 is better than MM1. MM1 would lack graphics. But physics is better than graphics in a game IMO. MM1 is more realistic and MM2 is more fake..

PS: And if I talk about MM3, I think it will be worse. Dummiesboy is ever saying that MM3 is a dumbed down kid's game and by that anybody can imagine that what it can be.....

I only takes me just two times to hit a truck to wreck my Panoz GTR-1 @150 mph to complete the 1000000 Maxdamage. In MM2, traffic cars are null. I feel like I'm driving KITT.

So, now what you think which game is better?

And the three MM2 voters, how is MM2 better?

MM1 is better on physics, but MM2 is better in other things. :P

OFF TOPIC: I don't know when i can use the IN or ON.
I forgot it. lol

MM2 is better at just being a fun game.
