A proper goodbye

Hey MM2X, long time no see. Almost exactly four years, even. I wonder how much this community has changed in my absence...
Some of you may remember me from all those years ago. I am posting this because I felt there were some loose ends I needed to tie up. Over the years, the last things I remember doing (or not doing) around here have been haunting me more and more.
First of all, I'd like to apologize for any foolish things I have said in the later days of my stay in this community. It was four years ago; I was young, immature and ignorant. I'm sure you've all been there at some point in your lives.
Second, I'm pretty sure you've all figured out that Tonius Island is as dead as a doornail by now. I never really got to officially announcing it, though. I always thought that I'd come back to it at some point, but the sad truth is that it was becoming boring and tedious work, instead of a fun little project. Limitations in MM2's engine, confusing tools and unintuitive processes didn't really help with that.
So what am I up to these days? You might remember that I was really getting into Minecraft back then. Yeah, that's still the case. Building environments is a lot more fun in a game that is designed around allowing just that.
In fact, I've been getting into modding the game and am even maintaining a few small yet popular mods right now.
So yeah, that's it. I wish this community all the best; I have been long gone, but I felt I really needed to do a proper goodbye after all this time.
