Dashboard Speedo Maxes Out Too Early

I'm having a problem with a custom dashboard. When I am driving the car in dashboard view The speedo always maxes out just as I enter 6th gear.

There's nothing that can be done to low the rotating speed of the dashboard speedometer needle. In a such case, you can only force the full-scale value in way that it indicates the top speed of the vehicles.
