Should I upgrade to 64-bit before I run GTA V?
Don't even think this game will work

Should I upgrade to 64-bit before I run GTA V?
I have Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit), as I say, does GTA 5 require a 64-bit OS? I really dought this game would even run in 32-bit operating system. BTW, I only have 4 GB of physical memory.

I've checked and yes, even the minimum requirements ask for the 64 bits version. Also, introduce the specs of your pc here so you can check out if is it powerful enough to handle it, keep in mind you also need a CPU and GPU powerful enough for it.

There's no good reason to keep and use a 32 bit OS nowadays, then it's Windows 7, that's preferably in 64 bit version. Do the upgrade, also because you'll fully use all the 4 GB of RAM.

Visit the website I told you about on my first post a d introduce there the specifications of your PC (you might want to create an account in order to know if could it work in different resolutions besides the max one). That's the best way for you to know if not only your GPU but all the other components could handle the game and the graphic settings and max resolution could it run and, if not, what do you need to upgrade. Game Debate is a reliable website I always use to know if a game I'm looking for could run on my PC.
