You have to learn 3d modelling first and then get MM1 Vehicle Creation Kit and learn how to use it

You can well use ZModeler to make the 3D model, download and follow
this tutorial to know more how to do that. Once got the 3D model made, then will be seen how put it in MM1 and MM2.
A very old Opel Agila release for MM2 it's
here, but it's in bad quality.
