Image uploads take waaaaaaay too long

So...is there any plan to fix this? Also my images haven't been showing up at all lately.
If the images uploading takes too much time, probably it's an issue with the low upload speed of your connection. You use the PNG format, which makes the image file size always pretty big; use the JPG one with a bit of compression to make it much smaller.
And of course, all the submissions need to be checked and accepted by an admin (me) when he can. So, just wait, please...
