That BMW 850 CSI is a stand-alone traffic car, a part of a very old release of at least 5 stand-alone traffic cars. Maybe it's somewhere on this now abandoned website, since they're German releases.

About the other stand-alone traffic cars, between the five that I have there's right a Brabus. Probably, they're not really available in that website... I'll PM you the files.
