From the screenshot, results that the wheels haven't their axis correctly centered. This is a typical issue of while making 3D stuff for MM2 in ZModeler, that's why you always need to center all the objects axis before export.
To do that, select all the objects clicking on the Select All button down the objects list, then select the tool Display...

Matyii had already helped you on the gallery, was it necessary to ask on two different places?

Your last sentence is a bit hard to understand, what do you mean with "the paint thing was the hard part"?

Can you be more specific, or show us a screenshot of the problem? We can't really guess what are you having trouble with this time with such vague descriptions...

Okay dude, we are here to help but keep in mind you need to explain things better, too.

Let's take a step at a time, and you were already able to convert a car and make it work
About the liveries, you need your car body texture to have different variants of each color you want your car to have: change the color and save with a different suffix; for example end your green texture name with "_green", and so on. The game will detect each of these suffixes and associates them with each livery.

When you export your car, allow "multiple colors" and type all your suffixes, beginning with the first one - the one you used on your body material, on ZModeler. To finish, just type on your car's .info file all the color names you want to appear on the selection list in-game, in the order you typed them on ZModeler.

You must do it in the "...with suffix:" part, of course, and then click on the Add to list button to add each color per time. The "Replace suffix:" part must remain the same when you do this process.
All this is showed and explained in the tutorial that I've linked to you in my upper post, why don't you download and read it?

It's confusing just for you, because you said your reason... Isn't there someone with you who can help you with these simple things?
Reply only if you've got the multiple paintjobs thing to work.
