I coped line 2,4,5 in too another addonvehtype file but the police cars don't work please help

I think so, I think the game crashed for me once when I exceeded the characters limit

If you use this file you won't get sirens working problems with most of the police cars, like those available in this website.
Why you need to edit it? What do you want to do exactly? If you want to add a basename that's missing in it, use this tool to edit directly the .ar file, without have to edit the .csv file inside it. To be sure, it's better remove some of the already existing ones, anyway, because unfortunately there's a characters limit.
