does anyone know is it possible to spawn many police cars at one place and then we have to face them like its battleground

It's possible to make a mod/patch to have many police cars on a small area of a city that has working traffic, but without use a trainer, there will be always only 3 cars per time that chase your car.

It's something long to explain and not so easy to do, which requires some knowledge in game modding.
