Traffic U-turn.

Can't traffic U-turn in MM1 and MM2?

Surely not, they aren't able. Unless, you hit and move them in way to make them face the wrong direction, so when they'll start to drive again they'll go on the lane opposite to the one where they were driving before.

Actually they can, just look how that works on Bay City where the Yellow bridge ends

I've checked that, and, besides be a pretty funny thing to see, especially when they resume the driving after being hit, it's something related with the working of the traffic of that city set by the .bai file. In normal proper conditions, like the ones of the default game cities, the traffic doesn't do U-turns, unless in the condition I described above.
