Madness Sting, the author of all the Madness City maps, eight years ago (2009) decided to publish the unfinished beta version of his fourth map, and he did this after some years the progresses he was doing and showing (I have some screenshots that he posted which are dated 2005). So, that's the only release available, and it's present here at MM2X.
