Why do I automatically log-in even after I log-out every time?

Yeah, after have done logout, you result logged out only from the website, but really you're still logged in the forum...
This problem should have appeared after that DjDecibel has done some edits about block the bot accounts registering. He'll take a look at this when he can.

But I'm entirely logged in.

I've tried this with my account right before post, and it should be so with every other.
Clear the cookies of your browser, then.

I did the same test with my account, the logout function work without any problem
Like Franch said, just clear your cache and check again!
