The affiliated website MidtownMadness2.de has been purchased by GTAinside.com. So, it makes sense to remove MM2.de's link since the domain is sold and the site has totally ceased to exist.

Thanks for the reporting, I've just deleted it from the affiliated websites links. After many years of inactivity, I seem to remember to have noticed it being offline during this year, but yeah, now it even redirects to GTAinside website.

I'm just hoping that the same doesn't happen to MM2c, the site still shows the 'Less Cricket, More MM2' message and Rippance hasn't yet given any update. By the way, what year was MM2.de founded?
