Does anyone know where to get a mod to have high-res people and textures? The game has high-res cars and traffic, it just needs two more thing to make it complete!

The graphics engine for MM2 is so obsolete at this point that not much can be done to improve the people or the 3D environment. If they were made to look "high-res" as you say, the game would run unbelievably slow.

How can you improve the traffic and driveable cars but not the people?

What he means is that, yes you can improve the texture of people but you can't improve the texture of everything otherwise you would need a super fast computer to run it. Also the pedestrian texture is not known, no one can find it do a google search, there are plenty of people searching for it.

High-res? How high-res do you mean. The player cars are real nice detailed(with interior, and drivers.) If you made the traffic cars have interior, and a driver. Then the game would run very slow. That's why even a game like nfs has traffic cars without interior, and a driver. Now, about the pedsetrians. I've wanted to make them look like they do in mm1, but if you try to do that then the pedestrians don't show up in-game.

It would be very legal and interesting if penalty could to me modify them the pedestrians... that this is not possible...

It is fullt possible to make better looking 3D pedestrians, and that have faces too. Just nobodys done it yet

And there are lots of mods that add better textures too. Like the enviroment mods.

The only enviroment mod I've seen is the shader mod, what others are there? And why is it so hard to find ped skins?
