House mods

I just downloaded the KGB Houses Mod over at mm2br.com, but I have a question for those who use it, the mod says it contains 3 buildings and so far I have found 2 buildings,
1. The one on the picture - the house with huge garage and no interior.
2. A redesigned building in viewing distance of the golden gate bridge with a nice interior.
But I can't find the 3rd building, does anyone have an idea of where it is? I know the challenge is to find them, but at leasts any hints.
Also does anyone know anyother building mods, I already use the House mods on this site.
