I was watching some MM2 vids on youtube, and I saw that people were zooming in and out, going around their vehicles how do you do that?

During gameplay press the V button and use Ins, Del, Home, End, PagUp and PagDown buttons to zoom in and out and rotate camera view around your car. Use they with the Shift button to increase camera zoom or rotation speed.
To make a video you can try the programs Fraps or Camtasia.
