What programm can i use to for example add new paintjob for my car, to costumize it and all that stuff, to change whells and etc.

zmodeler, you need to model and map textures. theres tons of topics everywhere for this, especially on other more active sites

Get the ZModeler 1.07 here. This program isn't easy to use...
