14 | Riva (09 Dec 2008 13:50:13) | Unfortunately MM2 doesn't support more than 16 bits colors :(
Thanks for your precisions. |
13 | hastantyo (09 Dec 2008 07:04:15) | thank's riva...
i choose1024x768 resolution, and i resize the pic to 640x480(but, better in 1280x1024)... ^^
how i play it...???
well, not fully recomended on my computer. because, it high poly track(your's car too). and you know my PC specs(modestly)...
hehe...
but, i don't care about it, just bring it fun!
^^
okay, i wait it...
anyway, can mm2 use 32 bit color...???
i rather a little be fed up with the enviroment in low resolution...
can tell me how...??? |
12 | Riva (08 Dec 2008 14:37:17) | Yep I mean your PC specs.
From which resolution do you play ?
Because ... 1) your pics are nice (max. graphic settings IMO), 2) your PC specs suxx (no offence) and you're able to play with the R8 (with large textures ; more than 1 Mb) on SPEEDEST3 LMAO.
i want to know how do you play with this car on this track with this PC config :o
PS : I don't remember if this track is always online but I'll upload it soon from MM2 Riva. |
11 | hastantyo (07 Dec 2008 15:37:19) | which track did you talk about...???
can i get it...???
---------------------------------------------------------
what do you mean about the "system config"...???
it refers to my computer system...???
this is my computer opp. sys. :
- CPU Intel pentium III 1.0 GHz.
- 512 MB RAM.
- 40 GB HDD.
- 64 MB VGA (via s3 graphics)
---------------------------------------------------------
hm, just play it. i used the mouse control(if you accustomed using it), and turn around the track in several times (laps) until you get the top speed. try to control the car balance(steering) on the high speed(~200 mph) and make sure didn't bump the wall...
that was all...
(sorry for bad english)
^^

10 | Riva (07 Dec 2008 14:28:41) | I reach 179 mph from the Speed Track (2001), the best track to know the top speed of a car.
Anyway nice ideas, BTW how do you play with the R8 on Speedest3 ?
Can you tell me your system config plz ? |
9 | hastantyo (07 Dec 2008 01:16:43) | yes...
top speed is 178 mph...
it can't got more again...
if you don't believe it, try your self...
^^ |
8 | Riva (06 Dec 2008 22:31:53) | Oh ok because it's look like the Christian's showcase and he didn't make a custom version for this car. |
7 | wilder (06 Dec 2008 19:08:36) | i've done this pic and place it before Audi R8 car file to get that pic in showcase |
6 | Riva (06 Dec 2008 18:11:52) | Nice too see my beauty on this track :)
Anyway 178 mph ? You can reach 187 or 188 mph and with the other R8 versions (MTM, V12 TDI, GT3 etc) you can reach more than 200 mph.
BTW where this pic come from Wilder ? |

4 | hastantyo (06 Dec 2008 11:11:16) | hhmm...
i don't know about it...
i'm just testing maximum speed that car...
but, the speed can't up again...
look that rpm...
has reached maximum...
if i test in "long road track" made by maxoff (HQTM-Team), the speed can reach 183 kph...
look like the "mercedez clk gtr" in last screen shot...
the speed is 373 kph...
and, i test in "long road track", the speed got 400 kph...
^^ |
3 | Silent1Unknown (06 Dec 2008 05:27:31) | Oh ok. Somehow I expected more from it. |
2 | JC1138 (06 Dec 2008 03:40:52) | the real life R8 should be able to reach somewhere between 180 - 190 mph and 0-60 in less than 4.5 sec. But for sure it can not goes over 200 mph. it is equipped with a 414 bph 4.2 direct injection V8 and the car weights somewhere around 1500kg. (i cant remember the exact spec for this car and im too lazy to look it up =\) |
1 | Silent1Unknown (06 Dec 2008 02:40:15) | Thats it? :S |
