For anyone who wants to try lol. It's stumped me. I'm not to concerned about anyone taking it. It's not my best work

I even went as far as taking a screenshot, pasted it to photoshop, flattened and re-saved the image with 24bit tga with no RLE compression and no transparency anywhere and got the exact same result.

I removed the alpha channel and re-saved it as 24bit. Still with the same result.

Edit: I mapped a different texture to the wheels and it showed up fine, but nothing I do to the rim texture will fix it.
