Agreed. There are some good addons that were lost when the other sites went down.I always suggest this but apparently nobody listens to me... But anyways, why don't we backup all these mods from least known websites on MM2X, or at least MMA? We have to be honest here, most those sites already died, and the ones still arround surely won't stay up and running for much longer... If we don't do so as soon as possible, we might loose them eventually.
Yeah, don't count on it, Rockstar San Diego and DICE have most likely forgotten these games. Besides, at this point in time, a sequel will most likely be entirely different from the original games, due to new locales and cars. I just hope lazy cops are kept, since I can't stand being busted like in TDU and Need for Speed.Who knows mybe some day Microsoft may decide to start making MM again out of popular demand?
The forums are still online: https://forum.mm2c.com, but some dumbass (probably _Tim_) disabled the homepageAnyway, the MM2C website is no more online, but all its downloads files are still in the files server.
https://www.mm2x.com/modules.php?name=Forum ... &start=525A sequel? Nah, I highly doubt that, mainly since the game was developed by two big companies (Well, Rockstar is big at this moment), so they wouldn't really waste resources on a title that wouldn't be an hit. Best chance would be an inspired game from an independent studio or something (psst Carking, where are you? ).
