Virus at midtownmadness2.de website?

Last time I visited the forum on the german Midtown Mandess 2 site www.midtownmadness2.de. I got a Script Virus (it's name I think was VBS/Redlof.A ,I AM NOT SURE!)!!!

So I read on the web how to remove it and there stands, that you have to delete Â 8O A LOT OF

Â HKEY registry keys!!!

But I haven't them in my registry editor!
How to remove the virus???

I'm pretty sure that if your antivirus has detected it and you've deleted the infected file in your browser cache (it could be a web page file, it's a script virus) immediately, you don't have any problem.
I think that if you don't have those registry keys to remove, the script virus hasn't done nothing in your system registry.

I'm not sure if it changes also some key option in the registry.
