What would i need to do to make a bus using a simple paperbus?
like sound (what programme to edit my sound file)
Wheels (where to get them or make them)

With paperbus do you mean a blueprint? You can use a program like ZModeler to make it, and also its wheels. Tutorials here.
To edit the sounds you can use the program Audacity.

I read it on one of the download sites that a bus can be made using a basic net such as a paperbus and all thats needed was the wheels, sounds and lights.
The bus i want has been made twice but the sounds are not good so i want to do my sounds myself. I can't open the ar files as its locked so i wanted to make my own
