3DAutos : 3D contest (summer 2009)
Contest goal :
The glorious french cars.
The very famous french cars from the history.
Contest rules :
These rules won't be edited during the contest.
A 3D contest, for who ?
1. every member from the 3D Autos forum (free registration) ;
2. the skill level doesn't matter, from rookie to expert ;
3. no registration limit but you need to register you before the contest start, you can't join once started.
When ?
From the 1st July 2009 to 08/24/2009 (more than 7 weeks).
Main rules :
1. no limit about your choice (except of course the theme of this contest, a famous french car), no polygons limit ;
2. you can't change your choice once the contest started ;
3. the vehicle must have two wheels at least ;
4. you must send a PM to Predator06 about your participation (please specify your project with a short description) ;
5. 3D parts are optional, only the external parts (body, wheels, details) will be considered for the poll ;
6. respect the other members, don't be an assh*le ;
7. no limit about the 3D softwares ;
8. don't steal or use parts from another project.
EoC (End of Contest) :
1. before Midnight GMT+1 (24 August 2009), you'll have to post the last pics of your project ;
2. images format : PNG, JPG or JPEG only ;
3. you can take any views and details plus some wireframes/flatshading if need (maximum seven pics) ;
4. don't forget to put your nick, the project name and also the polycount from these pics ;
5. once your pics posted, you won't be able to edit them.
Votes rules :
1. a *.doc file (MS Word, Wordpad or more) will be available to vote for this contest ;
2. as soon as the contest is done, you'll be able to vote during one week (from 08/25/2009 to 09/04/2009) ;
3. of course you won't be able to vote for your own project.
