Why does that mod is called "classic" if the new vehicles are not from 40-70?
By real water you mean, transparent water with a ground underwater?

Sounds like an interesting mod, I'll wait for the picture to see something real. Seems that he has worked on the mod since long time, and only now that's ready for the release he has announced it.
Anyway, the name Classic Madness 3 isn't appropriate, mainly because the HQTM-Team has already used it, and then because in the Classic Madness there are old classic cars and cities, and it uses a classic style for the menu, while this one sure not.
BTW, some of the edits like the real water and the new graphic sounds pratically impossible.

Right, I already tried to make the water transparent but any object under the water stay invisible... and mm2 crash if you makes animated waves with textures. I don't know exactly what you mean by real water?

look guys ,, i worked in this project for 11 days before posting it today ,, and the mod's name will be changed into "madness 3"
