mods vs no-mods
witch is better?
I always have something. Everything that Matt has except RV4 plus New Tram and advertising cars and trucks Mod and new HUD. I think it feels like MM2 except with repainted.

I think everyone prefers MM2 with mods, such as Shader Mod 2 Gold, Revisited V3/4, SF Repainted, etc. Without any mods, MM2 looks and feels even more outdated.

Of course MM2 is way better with mods that give a better look to the game graphic, it can even look a different and more recent game (in particular if played high quality add-on tracks and cars). I always use the Shader Mod 2 Gold, it must always be present, and the Fire and Smoke Mod 3.1. Then, for certain cases I use the MM2 Revisited V3 with the V4 contents, the Riva's Reflections Mod 3.1, various traffic and cop mods (alternated), and the Hastantyo's Smoke Mod, all this to get the best look for graphic, reflections and smoke effects.
The game is always Midtown Madness 2, a bit less in the graphic aspect, but the main game features stay still the same.
I agree with HummersRock: without mods, and also add-ons, MM2 shows all its 10 years.
