How do i create new buildings for MM2

what programme, etc.....

first off, you only need one topic. and it should be in the city section. secondly, you need to model the buuilding, texture it amd do whatever else is needed to add it

I am new to this and therefore i did not know wherer to put my topic, but now i now.

But what programme do i need to actually model it and add it?
