I didn't saw any big conflicts. All I saw is that my mod adds some trees around the London Eye.

I finished modeling the parliament. I saved it in the AR file, and put that in the game folder. Then, when the game loads London, it stops at half the loading and there's a box that says

When my MM2 crashes, I wait about one day and then installing it again. Try, it maybe works.

ZModeler says that my parliament has 2078 vertices and 3570 faces. Since the last time my mod worked, i just added one tower, united vertices that were not united and added two materials. Is there some kind of limits for the game or ZModeler?

Tell us the spec of your PC; that would find some problem IMO.

Maybe the problem should right be becasue of too much polygons to manage, as can well happen in case you use mods that adds and changes objects with higher polygons one, like the cop cand traffic mods, and use a pretty high polygons player car. Your London Mod N

Good to have done this try, but if with neither with these conditions the city loading has no crashes, is more probable that the problem is related with an error done with the mod, and not because of too much polygons to manage by the game. You have to find the problem in the files of your mod, I absolutely have no idea of because of what the problem is given; return back on your last steps done in making the mod, in this way you should figure out the problem.
Your system is ok for MM2, but for such errors with this game know what are they isn't needed.

I always play with 1024x768 res, all the settings at the top and Hardware rendering with no T&L.

I think he means texture sizes. Make sure they are not like 100x200.

Problem resolved. I made the same mistake than in the beginning. Some textures were not square and not 256x256.
