Forza Motorsport 3 texture Conversions

I have a problem with the XTX 2 TGA. When I drag and drop the file it says

When you drag and drop, you got this message about deleting file ? So, no lights.tga appears ? Sound weird :? I'm using XP SP3 but, can you use this EXE while being administrator ?

No, you can't run as administrator using XP.

I downloaded a another version from a another site and now it works fine.
