As you may know, there is a file called SF.GEO, but it is unable to imported in any way. After hours of random attempts to convert it to an OBJ, I decided to create "fake" faces and then just clone the vertices and delete the crazy faces one.
The result:

Yes, there is depth to these vertices, they are not flat. Figuring out how to connect them all together? Oh boy...

It's the geometry file format for Midtown Madness 1...SF.GEO is a beta file that was left over (like all the other files xD)

At the moment don't really remember about this file and where it's placed. Probably this is a file left by the programmers, maybe testing the MM1 .geo format while the developing of MM2, that doesn't use this file format, anyway. It isn't so similar to the SF city hudmap of the beta version of MM2, compare the docks, they're like the default one.
At the end, this sf.geo file is very similar to sf.psdl, but with only the vertices (they look like city base vertices, same as in sf.psdl). IMO there's nothing really interesting that can be done with it, it's the default game SF city.
