I don't know that are available that buses or one of them. On MM2BR there are some buses. Look also Midtown Madness.org, it has a lot of buses.
However is sure that anyone of that buses has been made, and very hardly someone will made at least one of them.

To made your own cities use the best program made for this: the MM2 City Toolkit, available at the HQTM-Team website. Download also the manual, the tutorial and the Crazy Neighbourhood example city. You need also a program called ZModeler 1.07b to made the city 3D object. This isn't so easy for who don't know the essentials of MM2 add-ons making and 3D modeling.

That bus exist for MM2, but it's unavailable in any website. Look this old topic about it.
