ok, i could provide textures and maps, its actually putting everything together.
Don't even need traffic, it just needs the roads, buildings and bus stops with a hudmap.

Like HR and Carmaniac said. No requests are accepted. Sorry mate. If I were you I'd look for map making tutorials and make one myself. HERE is HR's Topic on making tracks for a start, and it has a couple more resources on there too.
