That's true but there is hope the original map may work if the heap overrun error is fixed.

That error happens for a reason, it can't just be "fixed". It's an old game engine, and it has the limits of one.

Midas has been working on making a road generator for Zmodeler 2, it uses splines to generate roads around. Yesterday I started laying them out, and today we got them generated. Intersections and ground still need to be made though.

You may have noticed that the freeway extension is missing from this. That's because we aren't sure if MM2 will be able to handle the whole expansion I had in mind. For right now, we're doing Marin County only, and if it all goes well, we'll look into doing the rest of the expansion.

More progress will come sooner or later.

Awesome step ahead, great way to generate different kind of roads with also curves. :) A such PSDL terrain wouldn't work at all in-game without the intersections; the grounds missing don't cause that, instead. Keep up the great work. :wink:
