Sirens not working

There have always been some police cars and such that will crash the game when you hit the sirens. I never had a problem with the American Silver Eagle Fire Truck. Now, whenever I use the sirens, it crashes the game. This was my only fire truck as the one that came with it, always crashed it. All I did was add a couple of Police Cars. Is there anyway to fix the siren problems without upgrading the memory?

This happened to one of my cop cars, too. You need to download addon_vehtypes or the mm2 gameloader to fix it. You can get it at HQTM's website. :)

This is a normal thing for MM2. All police cars and trucks that have sirens needs the addon_vehtypes.ar file. Often this file is included with the downloaded car that uses the sirens, but the same file made by HQTM-Team have all existing internal police cars' names on it, then this file is recommended. In this file there's a .csv file with all internal cars' names of all vehicles that uses the sirens.
With the HQTM-Team's MM2 Game Loader program there is no more need to put the addon_vehtypes.ar file, because it create and update this file if it'll search a vehicle that uses sirens.

I don't think, just download and use the last version of this file available at HQTM-Team's website.

downloading new one will only make other crash. you are best to make your own. . i made my own kick ass addon vehtypes. i downloaded ever one on the net, aswell as copcars that came with them, added all their base names to one csv file and just made it bigger, so theres a slim chance that any cop car will crash with my addon vehtypes, but the csv file that indicates which car has sirens is put into my huge MM2 overhauled! mod.

I know that a new addon_vehtypes.ar will make other cars that use sirens crash, but the HQTM-Team file have a lot of internal cars names of cars that uses sirens, so many cars with sirens won't make game crash. Your MM2 Ovehauled! Mod have many cop cars, then the addon_vehtypes CSV file is on it.
Also, the MM2 Game Loader will make the addon_vehtypes CSV file for you of all installed vehicles that use sirens.

I'm not sure that he can. You see that his inscription says that he's only a staff member. But if I'm wrong, no offense. :) Ryan and DjDecibel seem like admins to me.

Me, DJ, and Ryan are admins. Ryan never comes here anymore though, and my title was never changed from Staff Member to Admin though. But I can do that myself, so... I did.
