Works the same way "Guess the car" game works. Whoever gets the correct answer posts the next riddle(s). I'll start:
A boy wants to pick lemons from the only lemon tree, in the King's courtyard/garden. He passes 7 guards on his way to pick the lemons, each of them saying, "I take one less than half of the lemons you have" (as a fee I guess). The boy collected a number of lemons from the tree, passed each of the guards, handing them the appropriate number of lemons and walks out of the castle. He has the same number of lemons as he originally picked from the tree. How many lemons did he pick?

He could have picked any number of lemons, however he took none of them home, prehaps he got a friend to tak ethem home for him.
Alternatively he picked some lemons, then did whatever he was intending to do with them before he left.
The question asks how many lemos he picks, the deal says how many lemons he can take. You can pick a lemon without taking it away.

BIG HINT: Its a single-digit number.
If you don't get the answer within the next 3 posts, I'll give it to you and post the next (EASY) riddle.
EDIT: Ok, forget it. The answer is 2. I hope the next riddle is easier.
Two fathers and two sons were walking along a path. They met a stranger coming their way. The stranger gave the fathers and sons 3 chocolate bars. How were the fathers and sons able to share the 3 chocolate bars without breaking them?

It says how many fathers and sons were able to share w ithout breaking, so, 3+3=6
then 6 devided by 2 is 3, so they were able to have 2(1 for the father and 1 for the son), then each group of father and son gave 1 chocolate bar to another group of father and son.
So then they were able to have 3 groups without spliting the cocolate bar.
Right?
